Live Class Attendance Requirements
To renew your certificate via live class attendance, you must attend at least 80% of scheduled live sessions for that course within your certification period. Your attendance is automatically tracked, and renewal is processed instantly upon meeting the requirement.

How Certificate Renewals Work
💰 Via Membership Payment
When you pay your annual membership fee, ALL your active certificates are automatically renewed for 12 months from the payment date. This is the easiest way to keep all your certifications current.
📝 Via Exam Retake
If you retake and pass a course exam, that specific certificate renews for 12 months from the exam pass date. This works even without an active membership.
🎥 Via Live Class Attendance (NEW!)
When you attend live classes for a course you're certified in, your attendance is automatically tracked. Once you reach 80% attendance of all live sessions offered for that course within your certification period, your certificate is automatically renewed for another 12 months.
This encourages continuous learning and keeps you updated with the latest course developments through real-time interaction with instructors.
📚 Via Library Publication
When you publish an approved book in the EKasi Library that relates to a course, the associated certificate renews for 12 months. Maximum 2 renewals per year.
⚠️ Grace Period
Certificates have a 60-day grace period after expiry. If you renew during this time, your certification status remains intact without interruption. After 60 days, you would need to retake the full course.
- Each live class session = 1 attendance credit
- Must stay for minimum 70% of session duration
- Attendance dashboard shows your progress
- Email notification when renewal is triggered
